You can try a variety of sporting activities - besides Group-wide initiatives, such as Milky Way Race and the Christmas Football Tournament, most of our subsidiaries also run their own employee sport and wellness programs. 

You can also join our traditional Christmas pub quiz and show us how much you know,  have a great time and even learn something new.

If you want to give back to the community and help strengthen team spirit and build strong relationships, we invite you to join KONČAR Volunteer Club, which runs a wide range of community outreach actions.

It will make us especially proud if you choose to join a humanitarian action that has saved many lives over the course of the past eight decades. KONČAR has been actively participating in blood drives organized by the Croatian Red Cross since 1953. We organize an average of 13 blood drives annually at multiple locations with approximately 750 voluntary blood donors, and every year new donors join this selfless act.

We also actively support the work of KONČAR Homeland War Veteran’s Association which has been operating as a non-profit organization since 2017, gathering participants of the Homeland War and their family members.

Employee care does not end on retirement, KONČAR Pensioners’ Club has been actively running for nearly 20 years. Our retired team members and their partners take on many activities such as trips around Croatia and internationally, theatre visits and special lectures.
